I’ve been in the business world for 25+ years and have coached thousands of leaders across hundreds of organizations.
A few years ago, I began to notice a real pain point in the coaching industry; Coaching leaders 1:1 wasn’t having a big enough impact organization-wide.
I knew there had to be a better way for organizations to implement coaching training that was sustainable and scalable with a high ROI. That was how the idea for The Coach-Like Leader Experience™ was born, my 12-month leadership training program for the modern workplace to help organizations grow and keep their best people.

A coach-like leader brings the spirit of coaching to their own, personal leadership style. Leaders possessing fundamental coaching skills have the ability to inspire, connect with and bring out the best in their employees.

When organizations embrace a modern coach-like workplace culture … results improve.
Organizations that have strong senior leader and cultural support of coaching have superior results. Organizations in which senior leaders “very frequently” coach had 21 percent higher business results.
Leaders who are good coaches have fewer employees thinking about quitting. More than 60% of employees reporting to a manager that is not a good coach are thinking about quitting, versus 22% reporting to the best coaches
According to our research, employees would like to receive a good deal more coaching from their manager than they currently receive.

Weekly one-to-ones with managers during uncertain times lead to a 54% increase in engagement, a 31% increase in productivity, a 15% decrease in burnout, and a 16% decrease in depression among employees.
